Samantha J. Corson brings over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, beginning as a Processor of residential and agricultural loans for South Central Bank in the state of Kentucky. During her employment, she was an Assistant in the Secondary Department and Loss Mitigation divisions as well as serving on the banks’ Marketing committee. After relocating to Florida, she was employed by Taylor, Bean & Whitaker as a Senior Underwriter and was chosen as the sole representative for the companies’ loan in the Western States.
As the Quality Control and Compliance Manager for American Reverse Mortgage, Ms. Corson is responsible for state licensing, compliance testing and ensures the company adheres to all federal, state and corporate laws, regulations and policies. She is also responsible for all auditing functions within the company structure..
Ms. Corson has continued her education in the mortgage industry and holds Underwriter and Advanced Underwriting Certification designations from Freddie Mac and FHA, most recently completing extensive Advanced Direct Endorsement Underwriting training through HUD in Colorado.
