Dawn J. Canan offers more than ten (10) years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. She is a former licensed Broker in the State of Ohio and, upon relocating back to her home state of Florida, has advanced in the mortgage industry, with experience in Origination, Processing and Underwriting.
In addition to being a member of the Mortgage Bankers’ Association, Mrs. Canan has memberships in Florida Quality Council, Due Diligence Underwriters and Transaction Managers and Mortgage Professionals Worldwide. She also holds dual Bachelor of Science Degrees from New College Florida, the Honors College of the Florida University system and is a lifetime member of Delta Epsilon Phi, German National Honor Society.
As an Underwriter, Mrs. Canan achieved DE designation from FHA and is currently working on Residential Government Underwriter Designation. Other certifications include FHA Processing and Underwriting, Quality Control Review and Credit Review and Analysis.
